Stuffed Chicken Blankets

Stuffed Chicken Blankets
Omgad. This is the most amazing stuffed chicken ever. I never thought in a million years that it would be that tasty. However it sure is!

It is very simple and very easy to make.

You see it?? Look how brown the top is!

I am not exactly sure how I came across the idea for the one, but I am really glad that I did. Enjoy!

Stuffed Chicken Blanket.

Stuffed Chicken Blankets
this is based off cooking for 3 people
you may need more or less depending.
3 boneless chicken breast
3 large sheets of puff pastry
1 egg
8 oz cream cheese
12 strips cooked bacon (crushed up)
Parsley
Salt
Pepper

Preheat oven to 400F. If you need to, cook your bacon strips and crumble them. Get a small bowl and put your cream cheese in there with some parsley, salt, and pepper. Of course add any other herbs you want. Mix your cream cheese with your crumbled bacon.

Make a slit down each chicken and add your cream mixture deep into the chicken breast.

Crack one egg open and beat it.

Place your chicken upside down on top of a sheet of puff pastry. Egg the edges to make it a glue. Fold over all the edges like it is a blanket around the chicken. Brush the top of each with a little egg.

Place in the oven and bake on 400F for about 35 - 40 minutes.

Until next time!
