Breakfast Casserole

Breakfast Casserole
It's another casserole! I always wondered... why do they call it a casserole? Did you know that casserole is the French word for saucepan? Yeah, it's pretty silly, I know!

If you want some hearty and delicious, then this recipe is for you! It will warm you up immediately within the first bite.

Trust and believe not only is it an amazing breakfast dish, but when you want a taste of breakfast for dinner, then you have to try this! You will not regret it!

So, are you ready to feast on something absolutely amazing? I sure hope so!

A slice of breakfast casserole
Breakfast Casserole
1 can of crescent rolls
1 lb sausage (a basic sausage roll, I love Jimmy Dean's Maple)
2 cups shredded cheese (really any kind you want)
6 large eggs
Parsley
Salt
Pepper

Preheat your oven to 400F. Fry your roll of sausage in a pan, while doing so, make sure you shred it into crumbles. Place it off to side (drained of grease). Unroll your crescent rolls into a baking dish and making sure it is tight to make one long piece of flat dough. Sprinkle your crumbled sausage on top. Then throw your package of cheese all over the top. Beat 6 eggs with parsley, salt, and pepper to taste. Pour the mixture on the top. Place in the oven on 400F. You want it in there for about 30 minutes and to insure that your eggs and dough are completely cooked.

Slice and enjoy!
